BAM Texas 2023
We are thrilled to share that author and pun-master Christopher Paolini will be in Katy, Texas today at Books-A-Million for a reading, discussion, signing, and photo op. The event starts at 2pm. Christopher was recently selected as BAM’s 2023 Summer Reading Ambassador.
Christopher will also be going on tour for Murtagh in November this year. No firm dates have been set yet, but we will keep everyone apprised of the details as soon as we receive them. In the meantime, a complete overview of today’s event follows below.

Join Books-A-Million for an in-store extravaganza to celebrate their 2023 Summer Reading Ambassador, Christopher Paolini! The event will include a live reading from Christopher followed by a discussion, and a book signing with photo op.
SIGNING GUIDELINES:
- An in-store book purchase is required to enter the signing line.
- Christopher will personalize 1 title per person, of their choice. He will sign unlimited backlist, including new and personal copies.
- To keep the line moving for all guests, Christopher will not pose for photos, though attendees can take pictures and selfies with him while he is signing their books.
Additionally, Christopher will be signing exclusive Murtagh bookplates for guests who preorder a copy of the book at the event! Quantities are limited and will be given on a first come first serve basis.
